Danny Heaney

Danny qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary in 2015 and has since focused on corporate fiduciary services, working with a wide range of clients across different industries. He joined Vantru in 2023 as an Associate Director and is responsible for overseeing compliance and corporate governance matters.

He has worked in the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, the UK, and Ireland, giving him a solid understanding of international regulatory environments. Danny provides a full range of corporate administration services to clients operating across multiple jurisdictions. He manages a large global compliance schedule and acts as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and relationship managers—ensuring all regulatory obligations are met and offering advice on governance issues as needed.

At Vantru, Danny plays a key role in maintaining client compliance across all entities he supports. He ensures they meet current local legal requirements and offers clients practical guidance on corporate governance, compliance-related matters and business development opportunities.
