Daire Craven

Daire is a Senior Company Secretary at Vantru, with a growing background in corporate governance, compliance, and legal operations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Policy from Queen’s University Belfast, where she also completed a Master’s in International Business Law.
 
Following her postgraduate studies, Daire began her professional career at a multinational law firm in Belfast. There, she joined the governance team and progressed to the role of Senior Legal Professional, working with a diverse portfolio of multinational clients and gaining valuable experience in global entity management and corporate governance practices.
 
Motivated by a growing interest in governance, Daire pursued a second Master’s degree in Management and Corporate Governance at Ulster University Belfast, earning Graduate status with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGIUKI).
 
She joined Vantru in October 2024 and is an integral part of the governance team, supporting company secretarial functions, regulatory compliance, and board administration. Daire is currently working toward obtaining her Associate status as a Company Secretary.
