CJ Molloy

CJ joined Vantru in 2026 as Senior Advisor, Structured Finance, bringing extensive experience in Irish structured finance and aviation leasing.

CJ's focus is on the development and growth of Vantru's offering across its core sectors, with particular emphasis on Structured Finance, Aircraft Leasing and Real Estate. He works to identify and originate new mandates, build relationships with capital markets participants and intermediaries, and extend the firm's network of legal, tax and banking partners — helping clients access Vantru's full complement of corporate and accounting services.

Alongside his business development remit, CJ advises on the establishment and ongoing management of complex corporate and financing structures, with particular expertise in Section 110 special purpose vehicles, multi-issuance note programmes and securitisation. He also has a strong background in aviation and engine leasing platform architecture, corporate services provider operations, and Irish company law and compliance.

Prior to joining Vantru, CJ held senior roles within the corporate services and structured finance sector, gaining broad experience across capital markets transactions, SPV administration and the structuring of cross-border leasing and financing platforms. He works closely with clients and their legal and tax advisors to deliver robust, well-governed structures across a range of asset classes.
