Job Description
To provide high-level, proactive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires someone who can manage sensitive information, anticipate needs, and maintain professionalism and composure in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s diary, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with precision and professionalism.
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling all interactions with discretion.
- Prioritise, track, and follow up on tasks and deadlines to ensure effective completion of the MD’s priorities.
- Assist in project coordination, keeping timelines and actions on track.
- Anticipate needs and identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Provide support in managing sensitive or confidential matters.

Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role supporting a high-level executive.
- Experience in corporate services, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of A-levels (or equivalent); degree preferred but not essential.
- Professional administrative or executive support certification is a plus.
