Job Description

To provide high-level, proactive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires someone who can manage sensitive information, anticipate needs, and maintain professionalism and composure in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s diary, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with precision and professionalism.
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling all interactions with discretion.
  • Prioritise, track, and follow up on tasks and deadlines to ensure effective completion of the MD’s priorities.
  • Assist in project coordination, keeping timelines and actions on track.
  • Anticipate needs and identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Provide support in managing sensitive or confidential matters.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role supporting a high-level executive.
  • Experience in corporate services, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of A-levels (or equivalent); degree preferred but not essential.
  • Professional administrative or executive support certification is a plus.
