Darren Leonard

Darren joined Vantru in February 2020 as an Associate Director, and was promoted to Director in August 2022. He is responsible for the Governance & Compliance function, and leading Client Onboarding, KYC and Due Diligence projects of the company. He is a Business graduate from Ulster University, later studying an MSc in Management & Corporate Governance, and a Certificate in Aviation Leasing and Finance with the Law Society of Ireland; he is also a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute.

Darren has a wealth of Company Secretarial experience having spent 3 years working overseas and onshore with an international Corporate Services Provider, and then spending 4 years as a senior member of a team within a Professional Services Firm providing Company Secretarial support to the Investment Management division of a leading global Investment Bank.
